Directions

Body applications: Apply gently and generously to the body or to the affected areas.
Hair mask: Apply on towel dry clean hair, leave for 5 - 7 minutes and rinse well.
Soothing Bath: Pour a cup of Mineralee in a tub of hot water. For pain relief, use 2 cups.
Feet Treatment: Pour a 1-2 cup in 5LT of hot water, soak the feet for 20min.
Gum disease: simply brush teeth but do not swallow.
Lice treatment: Apply on dry hair, cover hair with shower cap and leave over night.

Mineralee naturally enriched Dead Sea water;
In a hot shower or bath, scrub the affected areas well with a loofa. After drying, apply Mineralee enriched Dead Sea water as you would a moisturizer. Allow to penetrate for ten minutes. To finish, cover affected areas with heavy duty Vaseline. Repeat this process three to four times per day.

Photo-therapy;
To enhance the effects of Mineralee enriched Dead Sea Water we recommend a course of photo-therapy at your local clinic, three to four times per week. Alternatively, home systems can be purchased for your convenience. Please consult your local doctor for advice on UV light treatment.

Relaxation and well being;
Finally, as scientifically proven, relaxation is vital in the healing process. In order to compliment the above critical therapies, we recommend a consistent exercise regime to release stress and unwind, including yoga and meditation.
