Q: What is the difference between your Dead Sea water and your competitors Dead Sea salts?
A: Our product is water that is actually found in the Dead Sea which is further enriched with minerals and salts lying on the shores. The water itself has been lying there for thousands and thousands of years and is completely soluble. However, the salts from most competitors have to be mixed in bath water with only minutes to mix, which in turn creates a diluted equivalent.

Q: Do your prices include import duties and shipping costs?
A: Our prices do not include shipping costs or import duties. The reason for this is simply that every country has their own importing regulations, and every person would like a different type of shipping. E.g.
